Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to regulate matters concerning the provision of information and the use of services through this website (""New First""), operated by New First Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ""Company"").
Article 2 (Definitions)
"New First" refers to the website operated by the Company.
"User" refers to any person who accesses New First to receive information or use the services provided by the Company.
Part or all of this service may be changed, deleted, or added depending on the Company's circumstances or due to force majeure.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, the company name, representative, address, contact information, email address, and business registration number on the initial screen of the service so that Users can easily verify them.
The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
When revising the Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date and the reason for the revision and post it on New First starting 7 days prior to the effective date. However, in the case of a change disadvantageous to the User, notice shall be given for at least 30 days.
The revised Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the provisions of the previous Terms shall apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, an exception is made if an existing User requests the application of the revised Terms and the Company consents to it.
Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and commercial practices.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
The Company performs the following tasks: Provision of company and service information, reception of and response to customer inquiries, etc.
The Company provides services without requiring membership registration or login.
The Company may provide information and advertisements through service screens, emails, SMS, etc., and any transactions with advertisers are the responsibility of the User.
Consultation details registered by the User are managed by the User, and in the event of deletion due to system changes, etc., prior notice will be given one week in advance.
The Company may add or change the contents of the service if necessary.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
The provision of services may be temporarily suspended in the event of system maintenance, breakdown, communication failure, or other justifiable reasons.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to the suspension of services, provided there is no intent or negligence on the part of the Company.
If the service cannot be provided due to business termination, integration, etc., the Company shall notify the Users in advance and compensate for any damages incurred by the Users in an appropriate manner.
Article 6 (Notice to Users)
The Company may notify Users individually via the email address or bulletin board provided by the User.
For unspecified Usage, the Company may substitute individual notice by posting on New First for one week or longer.
Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall comply with laws and regulations and these Terms and shall perform the services faithfully.
The Company shall establish a security system to protect Users' personal information and implement appropriate protection measures.
The Company shall compensate for damages if it violates the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising.
The Company shall not send for-profit advertising emails that the User does not want.
Article 8 (Obligations of Users) Users shall not engage in the following acts:
Registering false information or stealing another person's information.
Arbitrarily modifying information posted on New First.
Infringing upon the rights of the Company or a third party.
Transmitting or posting illegal information.
Acts that violate public order and morals, such as interfering with the Company's business, defamation, or posting obscene or violent information.
Article 9 (Copyright Attribution and Restrictions on Use)
The copyright of the content within New First belongs to the Company, and reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior consent is prohibited.
Users may not use the content of New First externally without the Company's prior permission.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
The Company operates a procedure to reflect Users' legitimate opinions or complaints and to compensate for damages.
Complaints will be processed promptly, and if there is a delay, the reason and schedule will be provided.
In case of rights infringement due to posted information, a request for deletion or rebuttal can be made, and the Company will take action after review.
In the event of an e-commerce dispute, the Company may follow the mediation of the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation organization.
Article 11 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
Lawsuits between the Company and the User shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the User's address. If there is no address or the User resides abroad, it shall be subject to the Civil Procedure Act.
The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply as the governing law.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall be effective from May 1, 2025.
